Visible / accessible nests:
We guarantee that the treated wasp nest will not survive or be rebuilt. If the nest survives or is rebuilt, we will return and treat it at no additional charge as many times as necessary. The warranty applies only to the nest and location treated during the original service. It does not cover nests established in other locations or the presence of individual wasps without a nest.

Hidden / inaccessible nests:
We guarantee that wasp activity at the treated entry point will be eliminated within 7 days. If wasp activity continues at the same treated entry point after 7 days, we will return and re-treat the area at no additional charge as many times as necessary. The warranty applies only to the entry point treated during the original service. It does not cover new or separate nests or activity at other entry points. It is the property owner's responsibility to identify and seal other potential entry points in the structure.
